This project explores the viability of a configurable and modular approach to creating an electric vehicle for several applications to reduce cost and improve affordability. Initial applications are focused towards off-highway environments such as airports, with the capability to reconfigure for secondary (future) on-highway applications.

Project objectives
Objectives for this project include the following:
- Assess the feasibility of a modular vehicle and ADS architecture that provides an affordable and scalable platform for key applications including passenger and logistics, ensuring accessibility and passenger security are fully considered,
- Understand and define the necessary steps to meet foreseeable legislation and regulation in relation to off-highway (i.e. non-public road) applications
- Prepare a costed proposal and timeline for a subsequent vehicle proof of concept that feeds into a business case assessment – a key decision point for the PoC
