About the project
Project objectives
Objectives for this project include the following:
- Create a scalable model for future mobility across Greater Cambridge’s fast‑growing innovation cluster.
- Assess how the route could offer safe, reliable, and zero‑emission travel for staff and visitors, reducing car dependency and supporting wider modal shift.
- Demonstrate autonomous technology in a real-world setting, support high‑value jobs in engineering and operations, and strengthen UK supply chains for digital systems and charging infrastructure.
