Project objectives
Objectives for this project include the following:
- A high-level design for a british built autonomous HGV with a business case for future product development, a cost model for test vehicles and a route to market plan
- Clearly defined use-cases for freight movements at ports and railheads, including costed proposals for future trials.
- Clearly defined use-cases for smart trailer operations on the strategic road network with costed proposals for early-stage future trials.
