8:30-9:10
Delegates will be welcomed by a Zenzic member at the IET entrance, to be directed upstairs to Riverside, where they can make use of the cloakroom, register and enjoy breakfast before the day begins.
9:10-10:30
The morning will start with a welcome to our attendees, and exciting keynotes from Zenzic, Government and Industry.
10:30-11:15
Through CAM Pathfinder funded projects, the public are getting their first taste of what a CAM enabled public transport system might look and feel like. Through this session, you’ll learn about the landscape of CAM deployments and trials in France, and uncover insights from experts shaping CAM trials in Cambridge, Birmingham, and Paris. We discuss lessons learned, the future vision, and explore the question of how CAM can truly serve the general public.
11:15-12:00
Tea and coffee will be available for delegates in the Riverside room, as we break before the final items on the morning agenda.
12:00-12:45
Our delegation last year were loud and clear. They expected the off-highway space, especially in airports, ports, and industrial logistics to be the first commercially successful areas for CAM in the UK. This year, we take a closer look at the port and airport operating environment, bringing in key views to provoke an exciting discussion about the opportunity areas.
12:45-13:00
Before the agenda breaks for lunch, we welcome a leader from industry to hear about the ongoing vision for a current Connected and Automated Mobility (CAM) deployment.
13:00-14:15
As we break from the day’s agenda, delegates can join us for a complementary lunch in the Riverside room.
14:15-15:00
In the UK, CAM Deployments can transform regions. In order to be successful, and long lasting, they need to bring together a variety of collaborators and stakeholders, all working towards a common goal. In this session, we look to bring together the perspectives from the traditional OEM to the technology provider, and covering the requirements for a specialist skills pipeline to funding.
15:00-15:15
Take a quick break to refresh yourself before we finish the day with our Closing Plenary.
15:15-16:20
We close the day with a selection of presentations, recapping a day of content before the conference finishes in the Riverside room, for a selection of food and drink.
16:20-18:00
Refreshment will be available as we close the day with a networking reception in the Riverside room.
