The mission
Zenzic is jointly funded by UK Government and Industry to provide a trusted focal point and champion for the UK’s Connected and Automated Mobility (CAM) ecosystem.
Zenzic exists to bring together industry, government and academia to support the strategic rollout of CAM technologies in the UK. By aligning activity across these communities, Zenzic helps to reduce fragmentation, build shared understanding and ensure that progress in CAM contributes to national priorities.

Insights
Insights activity focuses on building shared intelligence for the sector. The work collects evidence and experience from CAM Pathfinder funded projects, to UK and international developments.
Through published research work, Insights ensures that industry, policymakers and investors are operating from a shared understanding of market direction, capability gaps and strategic priorities. This evidence-led approach strengthens decision-making, supports coherent programme design and reinforces the UK’s ability to move from innovation to sustained commercial growth.
Innovation
Innovation is delivered through a strategically designed programme of competitions, delivered across a staged model, designed to enhance the UK’s industrial CAM capability. Competition design is used deliberately to strengthen priority segments of the UK CAM supply chain. This approach ensures that public investment accelerates capability in areas of national importance.
Beyond individual projects, innovation activity generates practical evidence from project delivery that support the design of future competitions, and meaningfully address barriers to scale.
