How We Are Funded
Zenzic is part funded by Government and Industry partners.
Working as a key delivery partner with the Department for Business and Trade we are funded through grants to provide support to the entire UK CAM ecosystem through the facilitation of government funded interventions such as collaborative R&D competitions and SME innovation programmes.
Our industry funding comes through a levy which is applied to organisations who receive Government funding through competitions. This levy allows Zenzic to support those organisations who are bidding into and subsequently delivering those projects.
CAM Pathfinder competitions
Zenzic supports DBT in the delivery of grant-funded collaborative projects. As the industry facing delivery partner, we work with Industry to help them form high impact consortia, deliver effective projects, and maximise commercial exploitation post-project.
Through our extensive network of partners Zenzic can provide introductions to high-quality and passionate organisations across the ecosystem, which are able to add value to consortia.
Our Insights programme provides an evidence-based approach to defining and targeting future interventions to meet both government policy needs and industrial market opportunities. Building out an industry consensus on the unique challenges being faced by CAM organisations in the UK, we provide the opportunity for Government to take on board these views.
