Project objectives
Objectives for this project include the following:
- Define customer, technical, and operational requirements for an autonomous shuttle.
- Evaluate route feasibility and gather stakeholder insights through surveys and workshops.
- Develop a comprehensive outline business case with clear cost-benefit analyses and a roadmap for future demonstration trials.
- Deliver a small-scale demonstrator event, showcasing autonomous vehicle technology and gathering additional stakeholder insights.
